Motel 6 / Studio 6 projects are primarily full interior renovations of guest rooms and all public spaces including: Lobby, Meeting Spaces, Fitness Rooms, Public Restrooms and Guest Laundry Facilities. 

Exterior work includes: parking lot repair / replacement, hotel signage, roof replacement, property fencing, and ADA requirements. 

The guest room renovations include: tile flooring and carpet, new paint, new millwork, new bathroom vanities / countertops replacements and kitchen updates.
