The Holiday Inn Express site in Walnut Creek, CA was a full interior renovation of all guest rooms and public areas including: Lobby, Guest Laundry Facilities, Breakfast Area, Meeting Room, Fitness Center, Public Restrooms, Employee Offices/Breakroom.
Guest room renovations included: New paint and wallpaper, new millwork, updated carpet and bathroom tile, new bathroom vanities and countertops, updated refreshment zone, ADA modifications.
