The Marriott – University Park in Tucson, AZ was an interior renovation of 248 rooms spanning 8 floors. The room renovations included new paint and wallpaper, new millwork, updated flooring, brand new bathroom vanities, countertops and shower systems. There were ADA modifications and improvements in handicap accessible rooms. All elevator lobbies, corridors and vending areas received new wallpaper and flooring.
