La Quinta in Phoenix, AZ
La Quinta was a full interior renovation of all guest rooms and public areas including: Lobby, Guest Laundry Facilities, Public Restrooms, Employee Offices/Breakroom, Fitness Center and Conference room.
Guest room renovations included: new paint, new millwork, updated vinyl/carpet, new bathroom vanities and countertops.
Exterior renovations included: ADA modifications, concrete decking and full exterior paint.
