AC Hotel by Marriott Portland

AC Hotel by Marriott Portland Lake Oswego included full interior and exterior renovation of all (161) guest rooms and public spaces including: Entrance, Check in Kiosks, Lobby, Meeting Spaces, Business Center, Fitness Rooms, Pool & Spa facilities / Locker rooms, Public Restrooms, Conference Facilities, Banquet Facilities, Restaurant Dining / Kitchen and Relocation of the Central Bar / Lounge Area.

Exterior work included: Porte Cochere and Main Entrance re-design, Built-up Roofing, Parking Lot replacement, Hotel Signage and all ADA requirements.

The guest rooms renovation included: updated tile flooring and carpet, new wallcovering, paint, new bathroom vanities / countertops / mirrors and full tub replacements to showers including glass barn door style shower doors.
