Ramada Inn

The Ramada Inn in Burbank, CA was an interior and exterior renovation of 142 rooms across 3 buildings.  All the rooms received new paint and flooring, updated case goods and millwork, brand new bathroom vanities and sinks, updated closet systems, new tub surrounds and showers.  There were ADA improvements in rooms as well as around the property, including ADA parking areas.  The exterior work included seal and stripe work across all parking areas, drainage improvements, as well as new electrical and water service to the property.
